Current Projects

Last Updated: Monday, May 1st, 2017

I recently decided to create this page as an outline for what you can expect in regard to daily updates of this journal for each month.

For May, There will be between 3 to 4 updates daily.

The Usual (That will never, ever change):
1 Poem – For My Post-A-Day goal to share one poem daily in 2017.
1 Poem – Response poems for WordPress Discover’s Daily Prompt Challenges

Catch-up Post-A-Day Project:
1 Poem – Daily from May 1st through May 23rd
During my trip to Australia from March 22nd – April 5th, I spent time away from the internet so that I could fully enjoy and appreciate the loveliness and sunshine in Australia. In Mid-April, I successfully caught up with all of the WordPress Discover Prompt Challenges. During my absence, I prescheduled updates of older poetry I wrote in 2015 so that my poetry would consistently have daily updates of poetry. However, I really do want to make up those days for my Post-A-Day challenge.

Poet’s Corner:
1 Poem – I’m aiming for a biweekly update over at Poet’s Corner – I usually try to share nature-inspired poetry over on that blog. (You can check it out by clicking the link in my sidebar).

Special Project: May, 31 Day Writer Challenge
This is a project I’ve decided to try so as to help you all get a better idea of who I am – the poet behind the weird, sometimes inspiring, maybe lovely poetry, haha. Feel free to take and participate as well (credits in the image).

Possible Project: Australia + Japan Photo Pages
I enjoy taking pictures of nature where ever I go. I may feature some of my favorite pictures from 2017 on personal pages on this blog (but not in individual posts or entries).

Temporary Hiatus Projects:
A Year in Shadowscapes + Water Color Work: It’s been several weeks since I’ve done anything with these particular projects and I’m not quite sure when I’ll hop back on board with them. However, I have not forgotten about them and genuinely do want to continue with these projects, but only when I believe I will be able to sit down and give 500% concentration and effort into the art.

As always, thank you for stopping by and reading.
